Common quiz issues and fast fixes
If a quiz won't load, first refresh the page and confirm JavaScript is enabled in your browser. If scores are not updating, clear MojQuiz site data and try a fresh session. On mobile, also check you're not in low-data mode, which can block script execution.
For repeated errors, share the quiz category, difficulty level, and approximate time of the issue. That lets us match your report against server logs and resolve the problem faster.
