Welcome to MojQuiz, a free online quiz platform operated by Metaflare Interactive LLP, located at 729 Surya Enclave, Jalandhar 144009, India ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using MojQuiz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Our Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertisements.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use MojQuiz. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Service.

3.2 Prohibited users

are the exclusive property of Metaflare Interactive LLP or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MojQuiz for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.3 Prohibited uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings.
• Use our content in any manner that violates intellectual property laws.

6. No user accounts

MojQuiz does not require user registration or accounts. All quiz progress, achievements, and leaderboard data are stored locally in your browser using localStorage technology.

Important: if you clear your browser data or use a different device, your progress will be lost. We do not store or back up your personal quiz data on our servers.

7. Third-party services

7.1 External links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of external sites. Access third-party websites at your own risk.

7.2 Analytics

8. Disclaimer of warranties

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Maximum liability: in no event shall our total liability exceed ₹1,000 INR (approximately $12 USD) or the amount you paid us (which is zero for free users).

12. Service modifications

13. Termination

13.2 User termination

You may stop using MojQuiz at any time. Simply clear your browser data to remove all locally stored quiz progress.

13.3 Effects of termination

Upon termination:

• Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 8–11 (Disclaimers/Liability), 13 (Termination), and 14–16 (Governing Law/Dispute Resolution/General) shall survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Jalandhar, Punjab, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of MojQuiz shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

15. Dispute resolution

15.1 Informal resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@mojquiz.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15.2 Arbitration (optional)

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Jalandhar, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15.3 Class action waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. General provisions

16.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Metaflare Interactive LLP regarding the use of MojQuiz.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
