Refund Policy

1. What this covers

Most of MojQuiz is free. This policy applies only to paid digital products purchased directly on mojquiz.com — currently The Pub Quiz Pack. It does not cover in-app purchases made through the MojQuiz Android app, which are governed by Google Play's own refund policies.

2. Nature of the product

Paid products on MojQuiz are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered immediately after payment. There is no physical shipment and no ongoing subscription for one-time purchases.

3. When a refund is available

Because delivery is instant and the file cannot be "returned," we offer refunds in these situations:

• Payment succeeded but delivery failed — you were charged but the download link didn't work, expired before you could use it, or the file was corrupted/incomplete.
• Duplicate or accidental purchase — you were charged more than once for the same product, or purchased in error.
• Product materially not as described — the content differs significantly from what was advertised on the product page at the time of purchase.

Outside of these cases — for example, simply changing your mind after successfully downloading and using the file — we generally do not offer a refund, given the product has already been fully delivered. We'll still hear you out; email us and we'll look at it case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@mojquiz.com within 14 days of purchase with:

• The email address or payment method used for the purchase
• Your order/transaction ID (from your PayPal or Paddle receipt)
• A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider and bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval.

6. Payment processing

Payments for MojQuiz digital products are processed securely by our payment providers (PayPal and/or Paddle.com, as authorized reseller). Where Paddle processes your payment, Paddle acts as the seller of record and its own buyer terms may also apply alongside this policy.
